1. Colour photograph in portrait orientation (recommended dimension: 300
width x 400 height pixels showing clear facial features of the applicant(s)
2. For Family/Family Plus applicants, only one family or group photograph
is required. It should comprise only the applicants in the membership.
3. Size: 300KB - 3MB (This photo must be in a .JPG format)
4. You will need to have the required photograph taken at the Friends of
the Gardens Centre if there are issues with the photograph. If it is a
Family/Family Plus membership application, all registered members must
be present for the photograph to be taken.
5. For membership renewal: If you do not upload a new photo, your
existing photo in our membership records will be used.
